My professional goal is to support, manage and realize Value for all stakeholders in both a Cyber & Physical environment through the seamless integration of necessary Change. Agile has been my chosen path for this goal.

The effectiveness of ‘Business needs’ is influenced by time, by adoption and measured by value. Everything experiences degradation and thus requires change so as a Coach, a Consultant and a Trainer my role is to manage that change by way of exposing and enabling those skills that ensure exposure value at that time, whilst representing the needs of the dependents, and achieved by the exposition of the knowledge already present, through conversation and the systematic facilitation of lessons learned. These are my principle strengths and focus of direction through the use of Agile and predominately DevOps principles.

Agility is essentially empiricism an ‘inspect and adapt’ ideal whilst having the ‘manipulation of value’ as its fulcrum. Value can be measured in a great many ways and in my experience the greatest governance of value being time.
SAFe, LeSS, DAD, RaGE, Nexus, XP, Kanban and a plethora of other Agile frameworks and methodologies are all titles associated with agile processes, the feathers that belong to the bird called Agility and coined by great evangelists of the Software Development Life Cycles that have exhibited continued and measurable elements of value and empiricism over time. Each one sharing in their own disclose of success and failures.

There is no single immutable agile framework or methodology because value is never constant but there are great principles, processes, and relationships that create those great conversations, that reveal knowledge, confidence and learning, with their successes and their failures that lead to empiricism,
With continued Developments, Lean processes, Global permeability between all fractions of the value seekers irrespective to the overarching name economies of time chooses to give it. All that frameworks should do best is to provide great case studies and experiments. Why reinvent the wheel, let’s just ensure that its development remains adaptive, continual and fast and value is constant.

Along came DevOps a step closer to the that winged bird’s goal, so rather than being a feather, in that bird called Agile, we now have clusters of feathers working together.
