TRAINING NEEDS ANALYSISWe are able to assist your organization in measuring employee engagement and training impact, identify training needs and assess your workplace culture. We believe that training can have a huge effect on staff motivation, productivity and retention, however without the right processes in place, it can be hard to gauge the impact on staff productivity levels. Our team offers a number of services to help you assess employee engagement, training needs and impact as well as workplace culture in your organization. Using various methods, we conduct a comprehensive training needs analysis and provide a robust learning and development plan, based on research and linked to your organizational, team and individual objectives.
TRAINING PROVISIONWe offer effective training solutions including instructor-led classroom training and workshops, virtual classrooms/workshops, mentored and blended learning for continuous learning and development as well as e-learning solutions in both ICT and Soft Skills.
AFTER-TRAINING SUPPORTOur clients are encouraged to always rely on us for advice and support, before, during and after training. We believe that our goal to deliver learning that changes behavior to produce results is a process, and not just a single event. We therefore integrate high impact learning designs into all our training programs which help to increase retention and the application of new skills in the workplace. Once training has occurred, our learners will also automatically receive tips and “how-to’s” by email and are welcome to contact us for further support for the entire duration of your association with us or for a period as contractually specified. All our delegates receive the following as standard (as applicable): • High impact measures that compels the delegate to put new skills into practice at work; • Comprehensive reference materials; • Delegate folder. • Knowledge/Skills checklist which learners complete before and at the end of each course, to identify for themselves: • what learning they can expect to gain from the learning experience, • what learning has taken place, and • any additional skills gap they may have. • Action Planning Form which learners are encouraged to complete as the course progresses, with actions relevant to their roles, their team plans and/or individual goals. • Course evaluation, which we consider a continuous process; • Personalized certificate of completion;
ClassroomA Classroom Course, ILT (Instructor-Led Training) is a delivery method where the instructor and the participants are co-located in a physical environment. Our instructor will lecture, and provide coaching and feedback to the participants. Participants will learn by listening to the instructor, carrying out various exercises, sharing experiences and directing questions to the instructor and their peers. This mode of delivery is the most popular among our clients for several reasons, one of which is the dynamic nature of our trainers who are certified by various training organisations, have decades of classroom training experience, have a passion for facilitating adult learning and are committed to delivering high standards of training and exceptional classroom experience.
VirtualA Virtual Classroom is similar to the Classroom, but hosted in a Virtual Class environment. This means that the participants and instructor are not located in the same location, but can sign in from other locations, such as their place of work or from a home computer. Virtual classrooms save on travel costs and time without compromising on networking opportunities which is imminent within a physical classroom environment. Learners are able to participate in the class using live chat, whiteboards, file sharing and more. They are also able to use video and audio with the relevant peripherals. Our trainers have years of experience in online training and are conversant with technologies such as WebEx, GoToWebinar Skype, Google Hangout and Adobe Connect. Please contact us for more information.
MentoredOur Mentored Learning utilizes a highly personalized approach tailored to an individual or a team’s needs. Together with the client, we develop an L&D plan and on a regular basis, and using the client’s preferred delivery method, mentor them through to achieving the goals and skills they desire. It places the responsibility for learning on the learner. Please contact us for more information.
E-Learninge-Learning is a generic term that refers to any type of technology-enhanced learning methodology. It is primarily associated with animated slides with audio, combined with activities that cover the learning content in an online environment. Our e-Learning solution provides an environment which encourages independent learning whether learners are at home, at work, or even overseas. They simply log on to the e-Learning portal and access their course. Our e-Learning content is delivered using numerous types of media including audio, images, animations and streaming video. The e-Learning courses are highly interactive and all include End of Module quiz to check whether learning has occurred. The Learning Management System will be able to track access and quiz scores and reports can be requested as required. Please view our course catalogue for more information.
BlendedBlended Learning is a mix of technology-enhanced learning methodologies (e-Learning) and face-to-face learning methodologies (Classroom / Virtual). Our blended learning approach combines face-to-face training, either in form of classroom instructor-led training or workshops, with online training delivery. The learner could complete a short online course to refresh the memory before attending a more advanced course for example. Blended learning can also be used to reinforce learning after the course completes. It allows the learner to take responsibility for their own learning and is less intrusive than our mentored learning solution.
