A Classroom Course, ILT (Instructor-Led Training) is a delivery method where the instructor and the participants are co-located in a physical environment. Our instructor will lecture, and provide coaching and feedback to the participants. Participants will learn by listening to the instructor, carrying out various exercises, sharing experiences and directing questions to the instructor and their peers. This mode of delivery is the most popular among our clients for several reasons, one of which is the dynamic nature of our trainers who are certified by various training organisations, have decades of classroom training experience, have a passion for facilitating adult learning and are committed to delivering high standards of training and exceptional classroom experience.


A Virtual Classroom is similar to the Classroom, but hosted in a Virtual Class environment. This means that the participants and instructor are not located in the same location, but can sign in from other locations, such as their place of work or from a home computer. Virtual classrooms save on travel costs and time without compromising on networking opportunities which is imminent within a physical classroom environment. Learners are able to participate in the class using live chat, whiteboards, file sharing and more. They are also able to use video and audio with the relevant peripherals. Our Mentored Learning utilizes a highly personalized approach tailored to an individual or a team’s needs. Together with the client, we develop an L&D plan and on a regular basis, and using the client’s preferred delivery method, mentor them through to achieving the goals and skills they desire. e-Learning is a generic term that refers to any type of technology-enhanced learning methodology. It is primarily associated with animated slides with audio, combined with activities that cover the learning content in an online environment. Our e-Learning solution provides an environment which encourages independent learning whether learners are at home, at work, or even overseas. They simply log on to the e-Learning portal and access their course. Our e-Learning content is delivered using numerous types of media including audio, images, animations and streaming video. The e-Learning courses are highly interactive and all include End of Module quiz to check whether learning has occurred. Blended Learning is a mix of technology-enhanced learning methodologies (e-Learning) and face-to-face learning methodologies (Classroom / Virtual). Our blended learning approach combines face-to-face training, either in form of classroom instructor-led training or workshops, with online training delivery. The learner could complete a short online course to refresh the memory before attending a more advanced course for example. Blended learning can also be used to reinforce learning after the course completes. It allows the learner to take responsibility for their own learning and is less intrusive than our mentored learning solution.
